Phone Rental Details

Here at Phone rental Mexico., you can rent a phone for any length of time. We accept payments by cash, local check, or credit card. Also, we do not charge any upfront costs. Instead, we preauthorize an amount on your credit card to cover possible call charges. We will not complete the charge for the rental until the end of the rental period. We also offer a prepaid, pre-addressed envelope for conveniently returning your cell phone kit to us after your contract has ended.

If you are renting a cellular phone in Mexico territory, your phone can be delivered directly to you at any Mexican location. We ship cell phone kits to our customers the same day that reservations are confirmed. You can choose from various shipping options. If you need a phone rental immediately, we offer next-day shipping and we also deliver on Saturdays.

If you have any issues with your cellular phone rental, we offer year-round international technical support, 24 hours a day. We provide our customers with instruction manuals, which should help with basic operation. The manuals explain how to make and receive calls from anywhere in the world. 1. Where can I receive my cellphone?
  The phones are delivered before your departure, we can deliver at Mexico Distrito Federal International Airport, at the client's residence, hotel, or whereever the client so requests.

2. How long does the delivery of a cellphone takes?

6. How is the invoicing of the service handled?
  At the end of your contract, you will receive the corresponding invoice, with a detailed report of all your calls made and all the charges for your calls.
