DELIVERY AND PICKUP OF YOUR SATELLITE PHONE

1. Where can I receive my Satellite phone?
  The phones are delivered before your departure, we can deliver at International Airport of Distrito Federal Mexico, at the client's residence, hotel, or whereever the client so requests.

2. How long does the delivery of a Satellite phone takes?
  Once confirmed the reserve, the delivery is immediate. If you so desire, we can deliver days prior to departure where the client indicates us. In the same manner, our reserve central can assign you a week in advance your reserved phone numbers.

3. How do I return my Satellite phone?
  Once you get back to Distrito Federal de Mexico, call for pickup our call center 24/7. At the time of delivery of the equipment, will be noted on the contract, a return date for it.

1. How do I obtain my Satellite phone?
  Simply by calling our call center 24/7 . You can also send us an email and we'll give further details about our service, at info@phonerental.com.mx Delivery is almost immediate.

2. What are the acceptable means of payment?
  Services can be paid by local check, cash or credit card

3. Do you accept company accounts?
  We have implemented a system for company accounts that allows payments by wire transfer, cash or credit card.

4. Are there any special prices for multiple rentals?
  Phone rental Mexico usually gives a discount when you require several Satellite phones. Please asks us about it at info@phonerental.com.mx

5. How do I end my contract?
  On the contract you can establish a return date. In case of the need to extend or shorten the length of your rental, let us know as soon as possible and we'll make the necessary adjustments.

6. How is the invoicing of the service handled?
  At the end of your contract, you will receive the corresponding invoice, with a detailed report of all your calls made and all the charges for your calls. This will allow you to control the charges being made. You will receive your invoice the first week of the following month after you return your Satellite phone.

  Not at all, once you rent your Satelite phone, Phone rental Mexico will give you a fixed number for your whole trip, independently of the countries you visit. Your contacts will always reach you at the same number.

3. Will I be able to operate my cellphone?
  Our phones are delivered with instructions manuals, wich will allow you to make and receive calls from and to anywhere in the world. Remember that all our equipment is geared towars ease of use

4. Is it possible to transfer data through my phone?
  If you are planning on transfering data through palmtops, laptops, email devices, etc, let us know in advance to supply you with the correct accessories.

5. Do you provide international tech support?
  Indeed, our assistance department will provide you technical support anytime anywhere you might be. You have at your service our call center 24/7.

6. Is there a place my Satellite phone won't work, or won't receive a signal?
  A satelite phone works any time is outdoors and with nothing coming between the antenna and the satelite signal. In an enclosed place such as a building or automobile, you'll need an auxiliary antenna placed outside of it.
